Here are my nails in celebration of this fun day! I have a Winter scene, a Spring scene, then a cute groundhog!
For the Winter scene I created a blue gradient then painted the whole thing over with white. I then took plastic wrap and dabbed it over the wet white nail polish to make it look frosty. Pretty cool, huh!?
